Project Overview

Senior housing developer Vedaanta Senior Living has launched a new retirement community project called Vedaanta Ananta in Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu. The development is planned as a villa-based senior living community with an estimated investment of ₹50 crore.

The project will feature 69 independent villas designed specifically for senior citizens, with prices starting from ₹50 lakh onwards (excluding statutory charges).

Vedaanta Ananta is being developed by Vedaanta Senior Living in collaboration with Sameera Group within the 200-acre Sameera Universe integrated township that combines residential, commercial and infrastructure facilities in Chengalpattu.

The project is located along GST Road, one of the major connectivity corridors in South Chennai.

  • Classic 1 BHK Villas – 609 to 850 sq.ft
  • Premium 2 BHK Villas – 1050 to 1500 sq.ft
  • Signature Custom Villas (3 BHK) – 1250 to 1850 sq.ft

The community will also include 20 senior-friendly row houses designed with accessibility-focused layouts suitable for elderly residents.

These homes are planned with safety-oriented features such as easy movement spaces, supportive architecture, and low-density planning to improve comfort for senior citizens.

Vedaanta senior living communities usually provide a mix of housing and assisted lifestyle services, allowing elderly residents to live independently while still receiving help when required.
