The 26 contiguous vacant land parcels—situated along the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road with the western boundary adjoining Pallavaram Lake—are slated to host a permanent, company-owned mega-campus.

1. The Land Acquisition Cost (The ₹1,020 Crore)

Property registration data from Propstack reveals that KLA-Tencor Software India Private Limited paid exactly ₹1,020.44 crore across three separate sale deeds on August 31, 2026. This money went entirely toward buying the 12 acres of raw land (26 contiguous parcels) in Zamin Pallavaram at a rate of roughly ₹85 crore per acre.

2. The Total Campus Investment (The ₹3,600 Crore)

The land price does not include the cost of constructing or equipping the facility. KLA Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government outlining a total projected development investment of $400 million (approx. ₹3,600 crore, including the land acquisition cost), for over the next decade.
