⚖️ Legal Case Details—Still Evolving
CLIP offers a two-fold court case checking system:
- Revenue Court Cases can be checked using the Survey Number—making it user-friendly.
- Civil Court Cases, however, currently require a case reference number, which is often not available to buyers beforehand.
This limitation has led to fresh appeals for enabling survey number-based searches in civil court data as well, which would make the system even more buyer-friendly.
