“Vadapalani’s connectivity through key roads such as Arcot Road and the upcoming Metro extension has significantly improved its real estate appeal. Enhanced commuting options have directly contributed to the area’s growing property demand,” notes Sanjay Chugh, City Head – Chennai, Anarock Group.
